Our Ascot team recently enjoyed an amazing team-building day filled with fun, laughter, and collaboration.

From an engaging workshop to outdoor activities, the day was all about strengthening our connections and fostering a positive and productive work environment.  

We came together for a residential event at Middle Aston House in the rolling Oxfordshire countryside and we learnt about ourselves and about each other using the Insights colour energies. We brought together team members from various departments across the Company which included – Total Facilities Management, Projects, Construction, QHSE, Finance and HR. It was a day dedicated to fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and building stronger bonds across our diverse teams.  

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and for bringing their energy and enthusiasm. It was inspiring to see how well we work together and how much we can achieve as a team. 

We are excited to take the lessons learned and the bonds formed back to our daily work.
