At Ascot, our greatest strength is our people—and the way we work together to deliver on our vision, mission, and values. 

Like many businesses, we adapted to hybrid working during Covid to support and protect our employees. Now, we’re excited to spend more time together in the office to strengthen the community we’ve built. 

Ascot is built on meaningful relationships—not just transactions. While we recognise the benefits of working from home, we also want to amplify the day-to-day connections that come from in-person collaboration. With Mental Health Awareness Week approaching in May, it was a timely reminder of how valuable everyday support systems can be—colleagues you can trust, learn from, and rely on. 

To celebrate being back together, we hosted a buffet and shared a little sweet thank-you for our team—appreciating everyone’s enthusiasm and flexibility through every stage of the Ascot journey. 

Already, we can feel the energy and sense of community as we reconnect in person. Sharing ideas and working more closely will help us make decisions faster, communicate more clearly, and move forward with greater focus and momentum.
