The Ascot Projects Team are proud to have recently delivered a successful refurbishment project supporting the transformation of a disused children’s library in Lancashire into a community performance and exhibition space. 

The project focused on revitalising this historic community space while carefully respecting the character of the heritage building. 

 ✅ Upgraded electrical distribution
✅ Full LED lighting installation, including multifunctional RGBW feature lighting
✅ Repairs following water ingress, completed in line with heritage regulations
✅ Replacement of vinyl flooring
✅ Full internal decoration
