📍 Central Square, Leeds – a multi-floor office in the heart of the city, where they occupy two floors.
📍 Woodsome Park, Huddersfield – featuring additional security and grounds maintenance requirements.

Our services will include:
✅ Daily cleaning, periodic window & carpet cleaning
✅ Washroom consumables provision
✅ Routine preventative maintenance, including statutory & non-statutory tasks
✅ Asset tagging, UPS systems, access control & intruder alarms
✅ Out-of-hours security guarding & grounds maintenance in Huddersfield
