Our full end-to-end service comprises a free initial assessment, a solution implementation based on optimising and enhancing building controls, and a monitoring service to fully embed benefits.

Assess

Assess Our initial consultation period is free of charge. We assess the size of the energy saving opportunity using your building, systems, consumption and utilisation data. This way you understand your potential savings and benefits before making any further commitment.

Connect

Here we connect your existing control system to our 24/7 BeMS Bureau. This ensures we have full visibility of the equipment, controls, sensors and alarms prior to any implementation. Works can then be completed remotely whilst monitoring and reacting to change.

Optimise

Here we optimise the controls in the building to operate the plant in the most efficient way. This will generate energy savings without any investment from the customer in new plant and equipment. Optimise gives you benefits with little additional investment.

Enhance

At this stage we can enhance building controls through investment to drive further efficiencies. We ensure there is sufficient return on investment to justify the outlay. Enhance drives further efficiencies, with investment and a positive ROI.

Monitor & Report

Here we ensure savings are embedded into the business and are sustainable over the long term. We can implement metering or work with your energy provider to monitor and report on the ongoing performance and refine solutions where required. 24/7 building management ensures long term sustainability of energy savings.
