Ascot Services was established in 2003, is located in Atherton, Greater Manchester and operates across the UK. Ascot strives to change the traditional client-supplier FM relationship in preference of a partnership approach, delivering a more agile and dynamic service. The goal is to create a collaboration that can deliver a truly customer focused offering. This Partnership approach won the IWFM “Innovation in Supplier Relationships” Award, recognised by the facilities management industry as best in class for workplace and facilities management.

Our core services include 24/7 Reactive Maintenance via a dedicated Helpdesk, Cleaning, Security and Concierge Services, Planned Preventive Maintenance, 24/7 Bureau Monitoring, Remedial works, Small and Major Project Delivery and Energy Management Services.

We design our service offerings to be flexible and scalable, allowing clients to customise solutions based on their changing needs. This includes modular services or packages that can be easily adjusted to accommodate new requirements. Our cloud based technology enables efficient deployment and scalability of services whilst streamlining processes such as maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, and performance analytics.

This is reviewed annually as part of our registration with the British Standards Institute (BSI), to ensure that we are continually developing and improving year on year.
