Paul Jackson.

Since joining Ascot in 2004 I have enjoyed plenty of opportunities to develop and grow with the business, there is a genuine culture to nurture talent and provide opportunities for those who want it. From my starting position as an Electrician, I am now Engineering Manager, and the journey with Ascot continues to be both interesting and rewarding.

As an AC Engineer I joined Ascot at the start of 2020, and was very quickly given the opportunity of Regional Engineering Supervisor. As our business has continued to grow and other opportunities became available, I now fulfil a National FM Account Manager role for one of our ‘blue chip’ clients. The support and encouragement I continue to receive across our Senior Management Team has enabled me to develop my career, and I am really looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
