Following appointment to become the Main FM service partner to Genting Casino UK in 2015, Ascot Services undertook detailed dilapidation surveys of the client’s estate via our in house expert engineering team. The information provided enabled our client to strategically plan and budget for the upgrading of key plant assets within their estate.

This project was subsequently commissioned in conjunction with the clients building services team to enable provision of a comfortable environment for both their customers and staff. As part of the project Ascot services undertook a comprehensive M&E design whilst liaising with the operators to ensure the clients new requirements and systems would be adaptable to provide durability for the lifespan of the plant.

A key element and success of the project was the installation of a fully open protocol BEMS system which is remotely monitored via our skilled helpdesk bureau. In the months following the installation we monitored, tracked and made relevant changes to maximise the efficiency of systems to suit the client’s environment, thus reducing energy consumption and providing cost savings.
